Hit your fitness goals while building a strong community and, most importantly, having fun! Our Team Training HIIT classes are the perfect combination of cardio and strength training. You’ll move through four circuits—two focused on cardio training and two focused on strength training—for a complete, full body workout. When you sign up for a VASA Fit Membership, you will have access to our TEAM Training classes, as well as everything else VASA offers!

HIIT training provides many benefits including improvements in cardiovascular health, increased endurance, increased metabolism, lower blood pressure, and positive effects on mental health. Our HIIT training workouts include a mix of cardio and weights to help you break through fitness plateaus. HIIT workouts in a group setting provide structure, accountability, motivation, and a sense of camaraderie.
HOW TEAM TRAINING HIIT CLASSES WORK
A GREAT WORKOUT IN LESS THAN AN HOUR
Offering plenty of motivation, your Coach is there to guide you through the class as you rotate through two cardio and two strength stations. You’ll spend nine minutes at each, while tracking your heart rate using Myzone technology on in-studio monitors to make sure you get the most out of your workout.
