The best way to find a class you love is to experience them all. Check out your club’s schedule and try a couple classes each week. Once you’ve experienced a few different formats and styles, you’ll understand what gets you excited and motivated to come to the gym. Our website has class descriptions, but VASA team members can also help answer any questions you have. If you’re brand new to class, introduce yourself to the instructor before class starts so he or she can help you set up equipment and show you movements used during class. The most important thing is to keep moving and have fun!
