Here is a wonderful, and healthy alternative to regular hamburgers. Turkey is leaner then beef, so this recipe can help you stay on track with your diet, while letting you enjoy the summer BBQ season.

TURKEY ULU BURGER

  •  2 pounds ground turkey
  •  1 pound cooked and grated ulu
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups panko bread crumbs
  •  2 tablespoons oil
  •  12 hamburger buns

    Mix ingredients well; form into patties and cook in pan with oil or cook on well-oiled grill for five minutes on each side. Serve on hamburger buns. Garnish with your favorite toppings.
