Gym Bag Checklist
Heading to the gym after work, or maybe you’re getting in an early morning sweat sesh before going to the office? Here’s list of must-pack gym bag essentials so you never leave an important item at home.
Early Morning Workout
You’re probably heading to the gym in your workout clothes, but don’t forget to bring everything you’ll need for the rest of your day:
- If you plan on showering, bring a towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower sandals
- If you don’t plan on showering, bring dry shampoo and cleansing wipes
- Deodorant
- Brush or comb

- Change of clothes
Afternoon & Evening Workouts
If you’re coming to the gym after being out all day, the checklist is more focused on your workout clothes:
- Gym clothes
- Socks
- Sneakers
- Sweat towel
- Phone Charger
Everyday Essentials
These items should always be on your list, no matter when you work out:
- Sneakers
- Headphones
