3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar of choice (monk fruit, coconut)
1/4 Cup Mashed Banana
2 Tsp Vanilla
1 1/3 Cups Gluten-Free Flour or Oat Flour
1 Tsp Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Cup Chocolate Chips
1-3 Tbsp Milk of Choice (if needed)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix coconut oil until whipped consistency. Add in sugar, mashed banana, and vanilla and mix until combined.
Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until combined. Add in milk if dough is dry.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop cookie dough onto baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes.
Allow cookies to set on a baking sheet and enjoy!
