Today we are switching things up and offering you FREE Pump, HIIT and Yoga classes until the end of the month!

That’s right, totally FREE classes for everyone! To join in on the madness follow this LINK and redeem your own class pass.

Not Sure What These Classes Are?

  • PUMP classes, you do just that, PUMP! They are group weight training classes that are upbeat, done with music and are specifically designed to help you tone those muscles! (classes such as; Pump, Weights, Power Pump)
  • HIIT stands for, High Intensity Interval Training. These high intensity classes are total body workouts that are mainly interval style. (classes such as; HIIT, Bootcamp, Insanity)
  • YOGA classes are designed to work your mind just as much as your body. They will help to improve your mental awareness, flexibility and over all well-being. (classes such as; PiYo, Pilates, Yoga)

That’s okay we have a full schedule online for each location, and we also have PUMP, H.I.I.T and YOGA buttons you can follow to identify which ones are the FREE ones! Follow this LINK for that schedule.

How Does it Work?

To get a FREE class pass all you need to do is follow this LINK.

To redeem your class pass just go into one of our 21 locations with a valid ID, and they will help you out! You can use this class pass more then once, in fact you can try as many classes as you’d like until the end of the month. All you need to do is check in at the front desk prior to every class you attend!
