Opening this fall at the Willow Creek, CO club.

What is STUDIO Pilates?

STUDIO Pilates is a reformer-based, coach-led class designed to improve strength, stability, posture, and mobility through controlled, full-body movement.

Using spring-based Pilates reformer machines, each class delivers a low-impact, high-intensity workout that challenges your muscles while supporting joint health and long-term performance. Whether you’re new to Pilates or experienced, STUDIO Pilates is designed to help you move with more control, build deep strength, and improve how your body feels day to day.

Why We’re Bringing Pilates to VASA

Members are looking for more than just workouts—they want training that supports strength, recovery, and longevity. Pilates is one of the fastest-growing formats in fitness because it delivers exactly that:

By adding STUDIO Pilates, we’re expanding our STUDIO lineup to give you more ways to train—based on how you want to feel and perform.

Three Class Types

Our STUDIO Pilates rooms will feature spring-based reformer machines with additional accessories, and can accommodate up to 14 members per class. Our three classes will be:

  • Foundations: Perfect for beginners new to Pilates and/or the reformer machine
  • Define: Our mid-level class, helping members improve core strength, mobility, and posture
  • Burn: The most challenging, athletic, and high-intensity class

  • STUDIO RED – Athletic conditioning and high-energy training
  • STUDIO LFT – Strength-focused lifting and progression
  • STUDIO FLOW – Mobility, balance, and recovery
  • STUDIO Pilates – Reformer-based strength and control
