The renovation project features a new STRONG performance lifting area, Group Fitness room, Free Weights area, Cycle room, Personal Training cage, Functional Training Turf, recovery zone including red light therapy and massage lounge as well as a completely revised gym layout.
STUDIO FLOW is a new mind/body yoga experience featuring infrared panels that heat the body from within for a truly unique fitness experience.
