Spring is finally here, and what better way to celebrate than with a healthy and protein-packed brunch spread? Whether you’re having friends over or just want to treat yourself to something tasty, we’ve got you covered with some easy, protein-packed recipes that’ll keep you full and feeling good.

Protein “Frappuccino”

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coffee
  • 1 RTD Protein Shake (we recommend Lean Body or OWYN!)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, whip cream

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Top with whip cream, honey, and chocolate chips.


 

Deviled Eggs with Greek Yogurt

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • Optional: paprika, chives, or dill for garnish
  • Optional: mix crumbled bacon into the yolk mix for added protein

DIRECTIONS

  1. Hard boil the eggs and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool.
  2. Once cool, peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and gently remove the yolks into a small bowl. Place the egg whites on a serving platter.
  3. To make the filling, mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, vinegar (or lemon juice), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika and top with fresh chives or dill if desired.

Everything Avocado and Cottage Cheese Toast

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice sourdough or whole grain bread
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ avocado (sliced)
  • Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Add salt and pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast the bread until golden.
  2. Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toast.
  3. Top with avocado slices and cherry tomatoes.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning, a pinch of salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes.


 

Strawberry Cottage Cheese Toast

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 slice multigrain bread
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp strawberry jam
  • ¼ cup strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Optional: top with 1 tbsp granola or a sprinkle of cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

  1. Toast the bread until golden.
  2. Mix strawberry and cottage cheese together. Spread cottage cheese evenly over the toast.
  3. Top with chopped strawberries and drizzle honey over the top.
