Here’s a little more about Angela, “I began teaching at VASA in 2017. My degree is in Elementary Education and I taught first grade for five years. I have been involved in athletics, in one form or another, my entire life.  I played college softball and have always been involved with athletics and fitness. I took my first cycle class about five years ago and fell in love. I knew someday I wanted to get certified as a fitness instructor. I love helping people create a healthy and active lifestyle where fitness is FUN! When I’m not at VASA, I enjoy running. I’m constantly looking for new ½ marathons to run and ways to improve my time. I love camping and spending time with my husband, five-year-old identical twin girls, and two lab puppies. I look forward to meeting you and working together to have fun, feel strong, capable, and successful.”
