Traditional Barbeque Marinade
Ingredients
- 1 Cup barbeque Sauce of choice
- 1/4 cup Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup honey, agave or sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Mix ingredients together and marinate the food you are grilling for at least 2-3 hours before grilling.
Balsamic Glaze
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1/4 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp thyme

Cilantro Lime Glaze
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp lime zest
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup honey, agave, or sweetener of choice
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
