Speed Dating Circuit Workout

Do you have commitment issues when it comes to your workout, or are you not quite sure what movements you like? Grab a friend and speed date these exercises—we guarantee you’ll find one you love (or love to hate)!
Set up your equipment in circle on the turf. One person moves clockwise and the other moves counterclockwise. When you land on the same station, compete to complete the most reps.
Do each movement for 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest in between. Complete 4 rounds, with one minute of rest in between each round.
