4 Ways You Can Track And Monitor Your Fitness Goals
We are past the fitness cliff, and we hope that you made it, and are sticking with your goals! We only have 3 months until summer, and we all want to be in the best shape for our outdoor activities. So now is the time to get serious (if you haven’t already) about hitting those January goals. Here are 4 tools that we love, and can hopefully help you stay on top of our fitness goals:
Get a Fitness Tracker!
Obviously, this is going to be one of them, it’s in the name! We think that fitness trackers are great for staying on top of your physical fitness goals. Fitbits are wonderful for step tracking, we love those. But our very favorite trackers are MyZone belts! These belts track your heart rate, and your MEPs and are very effective for making sure that you are putting in enough effort at the gym. Plus, at some of our clubs, you can watch your effort stream live on our TVs!!
Track your Diet
We really like the free My Fitness Pal app, this app is easy to use and helps you keep track of what you are eating. This app will make it easier for you to see what you are eating and keep yourself accountable.
Keep it all together
Our favorite free app is (of course) our VASA app! Our app is easy to use, and combines all of your different trackers into one place. You can sync it with your Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and several other fitness tracking tools. Download it today!
Get a Trainer to Keep You Accountable
We have a great personal training program, and even greater trainers to go with it! Your trainer will sit down with you, help you set achievable goals, and help you keep track of them.
