GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO — JANUARY 8, 2025 — Today VASA Fitness announces the opening of STUDIO LFT boutique-style strength training in four clubs in Colorado. STUDIO LFT is the ultimate strength training workout designed to help members build muscle and get strong in a supportive and welcoming community environment.The guided, small-group sessions take members through a lineup of strength-building moves, from basic lifts to more advanced techniques, to see gains and feel confident lifting weights using proper techniques. Members can already begin scheduling STUDIO LFT classes at Littleton, Thornton, Willow Creek and Aurora Colfax via the VASA app, with classes beginning Saturday, January 11. With the addition of STUDIO LFT, VASA will now offer boutique-style recovery, HIIT and strength training classes to help members achieve holistic fitness, all under one roof for an incredible value at $44.99 per month. 

STUDIO LFT classes are 45 minutes and focus on four key approaches to building strength at reserved stations featuring racks, benches and plyo boxes. Each station is set up for two members to be guided through four key strength training styles – Build (strength), Pump (hypertrophy), Power, and Brawn (advanced strength) – where members will work every muscle group with intention. The daily workout is displayed on screens in the room and VASA-certified Coaches will ensure each move is performed with proper form. VASA’s Coaches are certified in personal training and deliver energy, motivation, and one-on-one attention. Coaches can provide modifications for any movement to accommodate injuries or limitations and ensure each movement is performed with proper technique. 

With the addition of STUDIO LFT, VASA has further propelled itself past other providers in the HVLP space, redefining what’s possible in delivering on-trend fitness programming and amenities all under one roof.
