With over 150 classes available, we’ve made sure VASA is where you can go to find the perfect workout to get you sweating and leave you smiling. From group fitness classes like yoga, cycling, HIIT, cardio dance, aqua aerobics, and tons more, we’ve got something for everyone —all led by our certified fitness instructors. And if you’re ready to up the intensity, step into our STUDIO RED HIIT or TEAM Training classes for more individual instruction and some incredible results!

Our incredible selection of fitness equipment includes free weights, exercise bikes, cable machines, and functional turf training areas – just to name a few of your options. We’re also happy to serve up truly massive cardio decks, basketball courts, racquetball, performance lifting, swimming pools and spas, fitness cinemas, plus one-on-one training with one of our VASA Fitness Coaches in our designated training areas—and even KidCare to help you get your me time in! Starting with where you are and where you want to go, our certified Fitness Coaches deliver premium, personalized workout plans focused on functional lifestyle training while coaching and guiding you through every step of your fitness journey. You get one-on-one training sessions with individualized attention, personal equipment instruction, plus recommendations on Group Fitness and premium Studio classes to keep you motivated and active with other members in between your personal sessions.
