Liz brings more than two decades of marketing leadership experience and a strong track record of building consumer brands, driving customer growth, and transforming marketing organizations. She is known for connecting brand strategy, customer insight, digital innovation, and commercial performance to create stronger customer relationships and measurable business results.

Most recently, Liz served as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of Marketing for Hornblower Group, where she led brand, demand generation, ecommerce, analytics, pricing, and lifecycle marketing across more than 50 U.S. markets. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at IHG Hotels & Resorts, most recently as Global Vice President of Integrated Marketing, leading brand, loyalty, digital, partnerships, and customer engagement across 19 brands, more than 6,000 hotels, and 100+ countries. Earlier in her career, Liz held senior marketing leadership roles at Kimberly-Clark, Ogilvy & Mather, Discovery Communications, and Eastman Kodak Company.
