What is more refreshing on a hot day than a delicious smoothie? These smoothie recipes are perfect to enjoy at breakfast, lunch, or as a snack after a day at the pool. Plus, they are packed with healthy ingredients and protein to give you the energy you need to play in the sun all day long! Simply throw the ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth, pour into a cup, and enjoy!

 

Strawberry Pineapple Smoothie
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder and/or a handful of spinach

 

Strawberry Watermelon Smoothie
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup watermelon
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder

 

 

Peach Raspberry Smoothie
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
