Full Body Hiit
- Mountain Climbers
- Leg Raises
- Burpee with Push-up
- Squat press with kettlebell
- In and Out Plank Jumps
- Reverse Lunge
- Kettlebell Deadlift
- Side Plank Push-ups
- Kettlebell Swings
Do each of these moves for 20 sec and rest for 30! Repeat 2 times and give your self a round of applause. You deserve to relax!
