Protein Puppy Chow

  • 3 cups Gluten Free Rice Chex
  • 6 tbsp Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (or nut butter)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)


  1. Microwave peanut butter until smooth and melted. 30-40 seconds
  2. Add Rice Chex into peanut butter and stir until it is all coated
  3. Put mixture into plastic bag and add 1 scoop of protein powder
  4. Shake well
