20 (each leg) Mountain Climbers
-
20 Leg Raises
-
20 (each side) Russian Twists
-
20 (10 each side) Straight Leg Crunches with Twist
Inbetween each set, rest for 30 sec – 1 minute. Repeat 4 times!
