Some things in life are unpredictable.

Aging is not.

We all have to face the seconds ticking away and sun setting day after day. With the passing years come different walks of life, each stage bearing different challenges and opportunities. Interests, ability, physicality- they all change, which is why VASA is here to help you find a way to exercise at every stage.

For the young (6 months-12 years)

You may not be old enough to use the gym, but that doesn’t mean you can’t VASA! KidCare welcomes you to play in a safe and fun environment while mom and dad exercise. The best thing you can do as a kid is run, climb, and jump. It doesn’t take weights to do any of that. Hard playing builds strong bones, muscles, and coordination so you’ll be ready for big kid stuff in the coming years.

For the youthful (12-18 years)

Grab your parent and come right in! Now is the best time to develop healthy habits for the rest of your life. Much of your future depends on the choices you make now. Sports are a great way to have fun while being active and involved. Not only do some Vasa locations have basketball and racquetball courts, but you can train in the gym for that extra competitive edge.

For the student

We know you are exhausted from late night partying- I mean, studying- and that you need a break from sitting in class. Luckily, Vasa has classes at all times to fit your schedule. Group fitness is the perfect way to clear your mind and get reinvigorated.

For the parent

We already mentioned KidCare. Now let’s focus on YOU. Most likely, you are tired and need motivation. You need direction and encouragement and don’t want to feel judged. TEAM training is where it’s at. You’ll be working under the guidance of a trainer and side by side with others just like you.

For the employed

It doesn’t matter if you are a CEO or work regular 9-5 hours. If you get a paycheck, you are on a tight schedule with a commute, family, and other responsibilities competing for your time. You need a fast, effective workout. Try HIIT training or complete a circuit in the Functional Training Zone. It’s the best way to work multiple muscle groups at once while rotating quickly through cardio and strength.

For the aged

We won’t say how old you are, but even you will admit that your knees creek and if you “put your back into it,” it just might break. Swimming will be the best thing for your aching joints. Good thing Vasa has a pool! But if you don’t want to get wet there are plenty of safe options to keep you mobile. Resistance bands, bikes… you name it, Vasa’s got it. And remember, the Fitness Coaches are there to help. They have been trained to modify for all ages, stages, and people out there.

No matter what stage you are at, Vasa has a place for you.

Don’t let kids, work, or a can keep you from taking care of yourself. You may not be able to reverse the clock, but exercise will slow it down!
