Ribeye Steak
Ingredients
- 1 lb ribeye steak
- 4 Tbsp olive or avocado oil
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Cut the steak into 1-inch pieces. Sprinkle evenly with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl combine 2 Tbsp oil, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the skillet is preheated, add 1-2 Tbsp olive oil. Add steak and stir occasionally for 2-3 minutes.
- Baste the steak bites with the oil mixture and cook for an additional 1-4 minutes, depending on how you like your steak cooked.

Roasted Parmesan Lemon Garlic Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3 medium yellow potatoes
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
- 1 ½ tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp parsley
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Thinly slice all the potatoes and spread them evenly on the baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, honey, and spices. Brush about half the mixture over the potatoes.
- Roast the potatoes for 30 minutes. Remove potatoes from the oven and brush the rest of the mixture over the potatoes.
- Roast for 30 more minutes (total roasting time of one hour).

Green Beans
Ingredients
- 2 cups green beans (cleaned and trimmed)
- 4 Tbsp butter or olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Cook green beans for 3 minutes in a large pot of boiling water. Drain beans completely.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add butter or olive oil. Add green beans, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and toss to coat with oil and seasonings.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, and cook until soft.
