Black Friday Frenzy Workout
Whether you’re headed to the mall to shop for early bird specials or prefer to buy online from the comfort of your couch, getting in a great workout will help you clear your mind and prep your body for all your Black Friday activities. Complete the workout below so you’re ready to walk, run, and grab all your favorite deals!
Warm Up: 1 mile warm up on the treadmill, bike, or elliptical
Workout: Complete 4 rounds x 15 reps of each movement shown in the videos below
Cool Down: 1 mile at an easy pace on the treadmill, bike, or elliptical
Bodyweight squat (add dumbbells for an advanced option)

Ball Walking Lunges (15 reps on each side)
