STUDIO LFT Strength Training
STUDIO LFT is the ultimate science-backed, strength training workout designed to help you build muscle and get strong. These guided, small-group sessions push you through a lineup of strength-building movements, from basic lifts to more advanced techniques, so you see gains and feel confident using weights.
Welcome to STUDIO LFT
STUDIO LFT is the ultimate strength training workout, blending community, challenge, and results in one dynamic space. In our small-group sessions you’ll spend 45 minutes at your reserved station featuring racks, benches and plyo boxes. Each station is set up to host you and a partner, encouraging a supportive, high-energy environment.
Guided through four key strength training styles—Build (strength), Pump (hypertrophy), Power, and Brawn (advanced strength)—you’ll work every muscle group with intention. The daily workout is displayed on screens in the room, and our certified Coaches will ensure you’re performing each move with proper form.

What to expect in STUDIO LFT
Once you check in to the club, head to the STUDIO LFT room where your Coach will welcome you to class. Find your pre-reserved station, then begin your 6-minute warm up. Now that your muscles are ready, you’ll work through a main lift section followed by two accessory blocks and end with a challenging finisher!
