The Perfect Fall Breakfast

Picture this… you wake up on a brisk fall weekend morning. You get to sleep in a little before heading to the gym and running your errands. However, before you start your busy day you want to get the day started off right– with the perfect mix of comfort food and nutrition. And here you have it, the perfect breakfast for any fall morning. Pumpkin Spice Pancakes. Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder (Vanilla)
  • 1/2 Cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/2 Cup Egg Whites
  • 1/2 Flour of choice (Oat Flour)
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 Cup Milk of choice (almond milk)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Agave, Maple Syrup, or Honey
  1. Mix all ingredients together until fully combined
  2. Hit a griddle or skillet on medium/high heat and spray with cooking spray
  3. Using a 1/4 measuring cup pour batter on the griddle and cook for a couple of minutes each side until done
  4. Serve with syrup and pecans- enjoy!
