Try this ab workout and you can have your cake and eat it too.


All about those Abs


  • 20 (each leg) Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Leg Raises
  • 20 (each side) Russian Twists
  • 20 (10 each side) Straight Leg Crunches with Twist


Inbetween each set, rest for 30 sec – 1 minute. Repeat 4 times!
