Our Corporate Wellness Program extends our mission to UPLIFT everyone through fun and happy fitness by focusing on companies and by bringing wellness to the workplace. Our Corporate Wellness offers multiple services that help companies to provide fitness benefits to their employees, reduce sick days, lower insurance costs, improve morale and performance, and keep happier employees.

Companies can benefit from the following services:

WELLNESS COACHING

Wellness coaches come to your workplace and offer one-on-one sessions with your employees. In these sessions, coaches gather measurements, write down personalized goals, and discuss individual’s eating and lifestyle habits. Also, coaches come to know and understand each employee’s needs and objectives on a personal basis. Coaches help employees design a plan and a specific goal for the month. Coaching can also take place online or via telephone calls.

HEALTH TRACKER TOOL

Our Health Tracker Tool allows employers and employees to track participation and progress. Companies can then offer rewards and incentives to those that are showing progress and achieving their goals.

HEALTH SCREENINGS

Health screenings assess fitness levels and fitness progress overtime.

BIOMETRIC ASSESSMENTS

This program includes life-saving early risk detection including tests for cholesterol, glucose, and cotitine (nicotine). Our wellness professionals not only perform these tests but also help employees make better choices to make improvements in their lifestyle. Biometric testing is quick and convenient. The data can be uploaded to our AgeGage app to calculate participant’s physiological age and highlight areas of risk. Results are secure and confidential.

CHALLENGES

Corporate Wellness organizes and offers company-wide challenges for employees to create enthusiasm, competitiveness, and to increase program participation.

We use integrated videos, articles, virtual coaches, and calculators to create a unique experience for participants and to keep them fully engaged and eager for their results.
