If weights are more your style, try Body Pump—a full body workout that targets all your major muscle groups. If you love cardio, ride to the beat of the music in a fun cycle class. Relax and recover with this 60-minute class perfect for anyone who is new to VASA and yoga. You’ll learn about the three STUDIO FLOW formats we offer including Flow, Restore, and Deep Stretch. Flow is perfect for everyone and links breath to movements in a natural, meditative pace. Restore will balance your body and has you focus on deeper breathing to promote inner peace and improve flexibility. Deep Stretch will challenge you to hold poses for longer to reduce stiffness and improve mobility.
