Passionate in my job at VASA means ownership. I want to go home at the end of the day feeling confident I did everything within my power to build a strong business, create an environment where my team members want to do their best, and deliver an exceptional experience to our guests and members.

I truly love what I do and the people I get to work with. Showing love is genuinely caring about the VASA community and the brand. To me showing love means making sure everyone feels like they have a place at VASA and at the gym. I strive to help others know their value, their potential, and that they belong. I am so thankful to be part of a team who helps others to be their best, to learn, to grow, and to create together.

Having integrity is more than just doing the right thing. It is about courageously standing firm on an honest foundation and being responsible for always working on improving your character.

Earning trust at VASA means being reliable, transparent, and consistent in everything I do. Trust means following through on every expectation I set for myself and the expectations my team members have for me as well as being patient when I am needed in tough situations. Trust means having an open mind for empathy and collaboration to understand the needs and concerns of colleagues and our clubs, to work as a team, and build relationships.
