Most of my life was spent with low self-esteem which spiraled towards developing bad habits with eating, sleeping, and exercise. I would spend several unhappy months fighting myself to lose weight only to relapse to those bad habits. At my lowest point I weighed 330 lbs. and realized that the only way to improve was through a healthy lifestyle built from realistic, positive habits. Since I have lost 70 lbs., and have managed my stress and weight with a progressive, consistent approach to eating well and working out.
