I help the Average Joe push beyond their perceived limits so they can live a better life without physical or emotional constraints.

My personal accomplishments come from the weight I can carry, both in pounds and mental strain. When I started working out two years ago, I could only deadlift a 60lb kettlebell, bench press an empty barbell, and couldn't even squat to parallel at that point. Now my max deadlift is 275lb, bench press is 185lb, and my squat is 235lb.
