Jocey helped me to set reasonable goals, then guided me to reach them throughout the 2022 spring semester. First, she learned what my needs were, assessed my level of fitness, and set a plan for me to follow. During our sessions together, she would encourage me during difficult sets and make sure I was practicing proper form. Jocey helped me learn new techniques to work certain muscle groups due to my partial amputation. As my level of fitness improved, the intensity in our workouts increased. I lost over 20 pounds over the semester and wouldn't have wanted anyone else. She is a great trainer and I'm happy to have a new friend as well. -Jason E
