From 2021 to 2022 I worked with a VASA personal trainer who helped me lose the 30 pounds that I had always struggled to keep off, allowing me to feel confident and comfortable in my body for the first time in my life. We focused on movement quality in the gym and making better decisions with habits and getting enough sleep.
