Coaching Approach

I help my motivated clients learn what living an active and healthy lifestyle is so they can feel confident in their actions, build a strong fitness routine, and love who they are and what they are able to do.

I hold 3 track & field school records at my high school in Texas. In 2020 I made a goal to complete my first Half Marathon. I felt like I wasn't good enough to be considered a competitive athlete when I started training. Then in 2021 I ran my 2nd half marathon and lowered my time by 10 minutes. I learned throughout this time that you do not have to prove to anyone but yourself that you are what you say. Today I am stronger and more driven to accomplish the things I say because I genuinely enjoy what I do.
