My biggest fitness accomplishment is completing an ultra-marathon. It was one of the hardest, most mentally challenging events I’ve ever done. Running 60-plus miles in 17 hours was meant to challenge my body and mind. It took several months to prepare for and preparation included a specific training and recovery plan to ensure my body could withstand the challenge.
