STUDIO FLOW INFRARED YOGA

STUDIO FLOW infrared yoga classes feature a set of infrared panels above each yoga mat to warm your body from the inside while also increasing circulation, reducing inflammation, and maximizing recovery. Stretch, strengthen, and help your body recover as you link movement to breath and practice mindful balance.

Location: STUDIO FLOW Room

Times: 8 am, 9:15 am, 10:30 am, 11:45 am, 1:00 pm

STUDIO RED HIIT CLASSES

During this 50-minute class, you’ll spend nine minutes at four stations to get maximum results. Increase your heart rate on the treadmill and air bike and improve strength on the TRX rack and FitBench. Our Coaches will guide you through the workout and you’ll feel motivated by the music in this small-group environment.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Get a taste of our energetic group fitness classes during these 30-minute express classes. Try Zumba, a dance class so fun you’ll forget you’re working out. If weights are more your style, try Body Pump—a full body workout that targets all your major muscle groups. Ride to the beat of the music in a cycle class, or wind down with a calming yoga class. Whatever you like, we have it!

BASIC LIFTS DEMOS

Weights can be intimidating, but we’re here to help! Learn how to properly set up a barbell and squat rack. Then, our certified Coaches will help you perfect the back squat and master a deadlift.

Times: 9:30 am, 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm

KETTLEBELL DEMOS

Learn how to incorporate kettlebells into your workout. We’ll cover the kettlebell swing, single arm swing, and kettlebell press. Our certified Coaches will help you perfect your form and answer any questions you have.
