For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant to VASA Fitness, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, successors, and assigns (“VASA Fitness”), the irrevocable and unrestricted right to:
(a) photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my name, image, likeness, voice, appearance, performance, biographical information, and statements (collectively, the “Materials”), and
(b) use, reproduce, edit, alter, modify, publish, distribute, display, broadcast, and otherwise exploit the Materials, in whole or in part, in any and all media now known or later developed, including but not limited to digital, print, social media, advertising, marketing materials, in-club displays, public relations materials, internal communications, and promotional content, without further notice to me.

I understand and agree that:

1. Ownership: All photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and other Materials produced by VASA Fitness are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of VASA Fitness.
2. Approval: I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product or any use thereof, and I agree that images may be digitally edited for creative or illustrative purposes.
3. Release of Claims: I release and hold harmless VASA Fitness from any and all claims arising out of or related to the use of the Materials, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or any other legal or equitable claim.
4. No Obligation to Use: VASA Fitness is under no obligation to use the Materials.

I represent and warrant that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the full legal authority to execute this Release. If signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to grant these rights.

By signing I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above and agree to the terms of this consent.
