VASA FITNESS REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to the VASA Fitness Membership Referral Program!  The Referral Program provides you the opportunity to earn a monetary credit against your next monthly membership dues when someone you’ve referred signs up using your unique referral URL link, accessible via our VASA App.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for Referral Credits:

• You must be a current VASA member in good standing (financially current on your account) and 18 years of age or older
• Your referred member must not be registered as a current VASA member (under any name or alias)
• Your referred member must use the unique referral URL link provided to you to purchase a qualified VASA Fitness membership. Memberships purchased through any means other than your unique referral URL, complimentary memberships, and family add-ons to the referring member’s primary account do not qualify for this Referral Program
• Employees of VASA Fitness, their family members and Corporate Sales members are not eligible to participate.

Credits:

A monetary credit will be applied to your next succeeding monthly membership payment upon the following:

• The referred member uses your unique URL link for registration. This is the only registration method that will allow VASA to confirm that the referred member’s registration resulted from your referral
• The referred member has successfully registered as a VASA member, and the 3-day rescission period has expired
• Both you and the referred member must have active membership accounts in good standing as of the time the credit is paid

Rules:

• By participating in this Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these Rules
• Referrals should only be made to your personal connections – friends, family members, co-workers. You may not provide referrals by using multiple or fake email addresses, accounts with fictitious identities, any automated bot, macro or script of other mechanical, programmed or automated devices or any other unsolicited commercial messages or ‘spam’
• VASA Fitness reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to delay, revoke or cancel any referral credits if we determine that the referring and/or referred member has acted in a inappropriate, fraudulent or potentially fraudulent, disruptive, unethical, abusive, or otherwise suspicious manner or in violation of these Rules or any applicable law
• Referral Credits are not redeemable for cash, transferable, salable or assignable for any reason
• The VASA Fitness Referral Program is a voluntary membership incentive and may be modified, changed, discontinued or terminated at any time for any reason and in the sole discretion of VASA Fitness
• The Referral Program and any action related thereto will be governed and construed by the laws of the state of Utah without regard to its conflict of laws provisions, and any claim or dispute will be decided exclusively in the court for Utah County, Utah
