Dave brings more than 30 years of human resources leadership to VASA, with deep expertise in recruitment, employment branding, collaborative team development, and people-first strategy. Dave is focused on building a strong workplace culture at VASA, developing HR programs that support growth, and ensuring every team member feels valued, empowered, and supported.

Previously, Dave was Vice President of People + Culture at CAVA, where he led national expansion efforts, including the acquisition of Zoë’s Kitchen. His leadership introduced industry-leading pay and benefits, modernized HR technology, and championed development at all levels. At Chipotle, he played a pivotal role in scaling HR operations, launching the company’s first ATS and onboarding platform, and building a national and international HR team. Dave also held a senior HR leadership role at Organic Krush, supporting East Coast expansion and formalizing core HR programs.
