HOW TO USE THE HOT TUB

MIX RECOVERY WITH RELAXATION

There are a few easy ways to use the hot tub as part of your post-workout recovery routine. Start by soaking for 10–15 minutes after a workout to help relax your muscles and increase blood flow—especially after strength training or high-impact cardio. Sit with your whole body submerged up to the shoulders to maximize heat therapy and relieve tension throughout the back, shoulders, and legs. If you’ve done a lower-body workout, try stretching your legs gently while soaking to improve flexibility. Be sure to hydrate before and after your soak, and avoid using the hot tub right after intense cardio when your heart rate is still elevated.
