When I began my fitness journey in 2013, I sought out to gain strength and muscle mass. I was a very small individual and lacked confidence in multiple areas of my life. I began learning all that I could about muscle growth and strength development, and now years later I am much happier with my size/strength and have found myself to be much more confident with any endeavor I pursue.
