Will members be allowed to link currently active memberships together?
No, active memberships cannot be linked together. Members can cancel their current account to be added as an add-on, but the normal cancellation terms apply.

Can an add-on member also be a host by adding members to receive the discount?
No.

Are add-on members eligible for referral credits via the app?
Yes.

Are add-on members eligible for the Burn & Earn program?
Yes, at participating locations.

If a member decides to become a host in the middle of their billing cycle, will they be charged when creating the add-on membership?
Yes, the host will be charged the prorated amount for the remainder of the billing cycle. The amount will be highlighted and explained on the VASA app during the steps for sign up. The following billing cycle will have both the Host & Add-on draft on the same date for the full amount for both memberships.

Can add-on members sign up for additional services, like KidCare & Personal Training?
Yes, when the service is being added it will prompt them for billing information. They will have the option use the billing on file (which goes to host) OR they can add a new CC/ACH and add-on will be billed separately for the additional service. If using billing on file, the monthly billing will show on the host’s billing section on the app. If an add-on pays for the service separately it will show on the add-ons billing section on the app. The service will always show on the add-on's app since it's under their membership.
