I help busy people learn how to take control of their life by teaching applicable practices that yield results in eating habits and exercises so they can improve their health and achieve personal goals.
Since learning about functional strength training I have experienced a huge improvement in my mobility, balance, strength and speed. My workouts now challenge multiple areas of my fitness in a way that still fits in the time I have to give in my busy day. This training style has connected the dots of understanding the purpose of my workouts and getting results.
