It’s Hot Outside – Come Inside for a Week of Workouts

It’s hot outside and the gym is the perfect place to be! Come get your workout in with us, we have something for everyone! Try out this quick week of workouts and try something new in the gym.

 

Day 1
Upper-body Workout

Grab a set of dumbbells. Complete 3 sets of each exercise for 10-12 reps

  • Lagartijas
  • Bent Over Row
  • Dumbbell Curl
  • Shoulder Press
  • Tricep Dips

 

Day 2

Try out a Studio Red Class o Group Fitness Class

 

Day 3

Rest day! Get your self-care on.

 

Day 4
Lower-body Workout

Grab a set of kettlebells. Complete 10-12 reps of each exercise for 3 sets

  • Estocada inversa
  • Kettlebell Squat
  • Curtsy Lunge
  • Kettlebell Romanian Dead Lift
  • Bench Step-ups

Try out this Full-Body Workout 

 

Day 7
Active Recovery. Try out a Yoga Class!
