Ryan is an energetic leader dedicated to leveraging modern engineering practices and technologies to deliver innovative products and features. As CTIO, Ryan will be responsible for building a best-in-class team, aligning IT strategy with business goals, leveraging technology and data to enhance marketing effectiveness, and delivering consumer insights to elevate the member and employee experience.

Prior to VASA, Ryan was Vice President of Engineering at Inspirato where he oversaw the development and operations of Inspirato digital properties, CRM, inventory, financial, and data platforms. At Inspirato, Ryan assembled an engineering team that became one of the highest performing teams in the company, drastically improving efficiency while taking on new challenges like machine learning and deploying AI driven solutions to the business. He has also held technology leadership roles at Slalom, Entercom, iHeart Media, Teradata, Rackspace, and T-mobile.
