The Best Protein-Packed Spring Brunch
Spring is finally here, and what better way to celebrate than with a healthy and protein-packed brunch spread? Whether you’re having friends over or just want to treat yourself to something tasty, we’ve got you covered with some easy, protein-packed recipes that’ll keep you full and feeling good.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coffee
- 1 RTD Protein Shake (we recommend Lean Body or OWYN!)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 frozen banana
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips, whip cream
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
- Top with whip cream, honey, and chocolate chips.

- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
- ¼ tsp garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
- Hard boil the eggs and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool.
- Once cool, peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and gently remove the yolks into a small bowl. Place the egg whites on a serving platter.
- To make the filling, mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, vinegar (or lemon juice), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika and top with fresh chives or dill if desired.
