VASA Fitness reconocida como una empresa que promueve a las mujeres en Utah para 2024.

OREM, UT – NOVEMBER 21, 2023 – Today VASA Fitness, a Great Place to Work™-certified company, announced that it has been named a company championing Women in Utah in 2024 by the Utah Government of Economic Opportunity and its Inspire In Utah initiative. The Companies Championing Women initiative focuses on recognizing and highlighting the stories of 100 Utah companies and organizations offering family-friendly policies and practices, as well as women-specific initiatives known to impact the recruiting, hiring, retaining, and advancing of women employees, managers, and leaders.

By sharing the success stories of these 100 companies, the initiative aspires to create a positive ripple effect, encouraging more businesses in Utah to adopt inclusive and progressive policies benefiting both their employees and the overall business ecosystem.

“VASA is thrilled to be acknowledged as a company championing women in Utah,” said Kevin Jonell, Vice President of Human Resources at VASA Fitness. “We focus on creating an inclusive environment for everyone to feel safe, inspired and supported in the historically male-dominated fitness industry. And at VASA, females are forging the way with women accounting for 55 percent of VASA leadership, a testament to the career development opportunities, support, and benefits provided to VASA’s female employees including Paid Family Leave, a Part Time Benefits Program and Childcare Support.”
