    TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES DEL PASE DE INVITADO

    Al aceptar el pase de invitado, usted acepta los siguientes términos y condiciones:
    ACCESO Y USO:
    a. El pase de invitado es válido para un uso único durante la duración especificada en el pase.
    b. El acceso al club está limitado a los horarios e instalaciones designados por el club.
    C. El pase de invitado le permite al huésped utilizar el equipo, las comodidades y los servicios del club disponibles durante su visita.
    d. Todos los huéspedes deben estar acompañados por un miembro activo de VASA al momento del check-in.
    ELEGIBILIDAD Y REGISTRO:
    a. Los huéspedes deben tener al menos 12 años de edad. Los huéspedes de entre 12 y 17 años deben estar acompañados por un padre o tutor legal cuando utilicen el club.
    b. El pase de invitado no es transferible y solo puede ser utilizado por la persona nombrada en el pase.
    C. Todos los huéspedes mayores de 18 años deberán mostrar una identificación emitida por el gobierno local al momento del check-in.
    RENUNCIA Y LIBERACIÓN:
    a. Los invitados reconocen y comprenden los riesgos asociados con la actividad física y el ejercicio, y aceptan participar bajo su propio riesgo. Los invitados liberan al club, su personal y sus afiliados de cualquier responsabilidad por lesiones, accidentes o daños que puedan ocurrir durante su visita.
    POLÍTICAS DEL CLUB:
    a. Los invitados deben cumplir con el código de conducta y las políticas del club, incluida la vestimenta adecuada (se deben usar zapatos cerrados en todo momento además de pantalones cortos o pantalones y una camisa o sostén deportivo), limpieza y comportamiento respetuoso hacia los demás miembros y el personal.

    RENUNCIA DE RESPONSABILIDAD DEL PASE DE INVITADO

    Yo, un Invitado adulto o un padre (que acepta en nombre de un menor o pupilo que es un Invitado) acepto y asumo expresamente todos los riesgos de lesión, enfermedad, daños o muerte, conocidos y desconocidos, inherentes o no, por mi uso y participación en todos y cada uno de los servicios, comodidades, instalaciones, maquinaria, equipo, vestuarios, estacionamiento, lobby y cualquier otra área ubicada dentro y alrededor de las instalaciones del Club, independientemente de si dicha lesión o daño surge de o durante la actividad física, incluyendo, entre otros, cualquier pérdida o robo de cualquier propiedad personal. Acepto que tengo el deber de examinar cada pieza de equipo o instalación antes de su uso, y abstenerme de usarlo e informarlo al Club si hay algún indicio de que dicho equipo o instalación ha sido sometido a abuso, está dañado o se encuentra en una condición insegura o potencialmente peligrosa. Si soy padre de un Invitado menor, he discutido las actividades, responsabilidades y riesgos con el menor, quien los comprende y acepta, y yo, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley, los acepto en nombre de dicho menor.

    Acepto, en mi nombre (o el de mi hijo menor o tutelado), mi cónyuge, hijos, herederos y representantes personales, renunciar, liberar y despedir para siempre al Club y a sus propietarios, empleados, afiliados, sucesores y cesionarios de todos y cada uno de los reclamos o causas de acción, conocidos o desconocidos, que surjan de todas y cada una de las lesiones o daños causados por la negligencia ordinaria del Club o sus empleados, propietarios o afiliados, incluidos, entre otros, cualquier reclamo, daño o lesión que pueda ocurrir como como resultado de cualquier mal funcionamiento o rotura del equipo, el mantenimiento inadecuado por parte del Club de cualquier maquinaria, equipo o instalaciones, la instrucción o supervisión negligente del Club y cualquier lesión por resbalones o caídas mientras se encuentre en las instalaciones del Club o en cualquier parte de las instalaciones por cualquier motivo. Acepto expresamente indemnizar y eximir al Club de cualquier pérdida, responsabilidad, daño o costo en el que el Club pueda incurrir debido a mi presencia en las instalaciones del Club.
