A LETTER FROM OUR CEO

Dear Valued VASA Members,

With the health and wellness of our community at the core of everything we do, we are proactively closing all VASA Fitness locations beginning Tuesday, March 17 at 12pm. Clubs will remain closed until further notice and we will provide additional updates to keep you informed.

We made this tough decision based on guidance from medical experts and state and federal officials that have put in place measures for social distancing and group activities to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We believe we are truly in this fight together and, if everyone does their part, we can help protect our most vulnerable. Please note, all membership accounts will be automatically frozen and members will NOT be charged monthly membership dues while our clubs are closed.

FAQ's

Will I be refunded for the time that VASA is closed? Will I be billed?

VASA has frozen ALL accounts during our closures and members will not be charged for their membership until we re-open. This applies to corporate wellness and accounts of all kinds.

How do we unfreeze if VASA opens before the 90days?

All memberships will automatically unfreeze once VASA re-opens.

What if I was already charged for Personal Training in March – will I be refunded?

Your pre-purchased personal training sessions will be credited to your account and available to you to re-book sessions once the clubs re-open.

Why did VASA shut down?

We are working hard on a plan to bring our members some great options to stay fit and healthy from home.
