I help my clients who are new to the gym expand their fitness knowledge and become more comfortable around the gym so they can achieve their fitness goals and enjoy their new found fitness outside of the gym.

Over time I've been able to achieve my goals of building my muscle mass and increasing strength. I'm always trying to set my focus on bigger goals through my own self-taught experience. I've found ways to get over bumps in my path and know how to push through until I'm happy with my accomplishments.
